Emily founded Relaxing Reservations in 2012 with a passion for helping others experience the joy of travel. She loves getting to know her clients and turning their ideas into vacations that reflect who they are and how they want to explore.
Emily believes we never stop growing when we keep exploring. Whether discovering a new culture or finding a quiet place to unwind, travel invites us to see the world—and ourselves—with fresh eyes.
Her favorite destination? The Maldives.

Kersten brings firsthand experience and a little extra magic to vacation planning. A lifelong Mickey Mouse fan, she loves helping clients create memorable Disney vacations. She and her kids also enjoy Universal, giving her practical insight into planning theme park adventures for all ages.
Her family’s trip to Beaches Negril and a couples’ getaway to Excellence Playa Mujeres reflect two ways she loves to travel: making memories with the kids and taking time to reconnect as a couple. She helps clients find the right fit for both.
Having sailed with several cruise lines, including Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean, Kersten also helps travelers navigate their cruise options and understand what to expect onboard.

Rob loves discovering new destinations, whether he’s unwinding on a beautiful beach or climbing to the top of a dormant volcano. He especially enjoys creating custom itineraries that introduce travelers to places they might never have considered.
A history teacher by trade, Rob brings curiosity and a love of culture to his travel planning, helping clients connect with the stories and experiences that make each destination unique.
Traveling with his wife and young child has also given him firsthand insight into making family vacations enjoyable. Whether you’re planning a getaway with little ones, a relaxing all-inclusive escape, or an adventure-packed journey, Rob can help you find your way.
His favorite destination? Iceland.
